We’re back!!

After a long break over the summer I’m back here blogging in an attempt to keep a record of what activities we manage to get through this school year!

Isaac has started back preschool and now attends every morning from 8:45 til 11:45.

I attended his harvest festival this morning and as the theme was Johnny Appleseed decided to do some apple activities at home.

We began by making an apple tree… Isaac glued the red apples on carefully using little blobs of glue!! A big effort of self control here!!

We talked about the red and green apples that mummy had bought and the fact that they grow on trees in the autumn time.. Isaac then chose a green one to sample!!!

Next we cut an apple in half and made some pretty cool apple prints with it.

The last thing we did was to prepare and cook some apple sauce.

What a busy time and so many apple activities! Apples just don’t last long enough to get this type of thing done. lol
